Jonathan Mathews has over two decades of experience in technical support and photography. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at SonicWall since January 2015, Jonathan specializes in UTM products and provides German language support for the DACH regions. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Incident Coordinator at Atos International from January 2001 to April 2014. Jonathan's earlier career also includes photography, with experience at John Sheehan Photography and self-employment from 1993 to 2001. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Field Ecology from University College Cork and a Leaving Certificate from St. Andrews College, Dublin.
