Runcy Oommen

Runcy Oommen is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in network security and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at SonicWall since December 2019, Runcy plays a key role in developing a micro-services based cloud-native application for network security management. Prior to this, Runcy worked as a Cloud Architect at BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions, leading the engineering team to create a cloud-first analytics platform. Runcy also founded CloudBrew Systems, focusing on secure online data storage solutions, and has held various engineering roles at SonicWALL and McAfee, specializing in network security and quality assurance. Runcy holds a P.G.C.B.M in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Software Systems from Bharathiar University.
