Jerome Ajot

Jerome Ajot is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at SONIFI Solutions, Inc., since June 2024, and advising Haystack Solutions and RunSafe Security Inc. since July 2021 and April 2018, respectively. With a strong background in managing and delivering complex technology projects, Jerome held the position of Senior Director of Delivery Management at EPAM Systems from December 2020 to May 2024 and was Head of Software Engineering at Cloudreach, where efforts led to a significant restructuring and modernization of development teams. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Cloudistics, contributing to the development of innovative cloud solutions, and a Senior Consultant at Red Hat, where work supported the North American railroad industry's communication systems.
