Volker Staab is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at SONIMA Group since March 2024, Volker previously held the position of Chief Quality Officer at Northvolt from January 2023 to February 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Quality at Schaeffler, leading quality initiatives for the Automotive Aftermarket Division, and VP of Quality, Operational Excellence, and HSE at ABB Robotics. Volker's career also features significant positions at SAS Automotive, Johnson Controls, Henkel, Lear Corporation, and Keiper, where leadership roles focused on continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and program management.
