Doanh Hoang

Doanh Hoang is an experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in the micro electrical and mechanical industry, currently serving as Engineering Leader - Senior Product Engineer II at Sonion since June 2013. With a strong foundation in LEAN development methodology, Doanh has successfully led and advised on various engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle, including R&D responsibilities for product releases in Europe. Previous roles at Sonion include Product Engineer and Production Engineer, focusing on sample development, process optimization, and production improvement. Earlier experience includes positions at Showa Best Glove Inc. as Process Engineer and Rang Dong JS Co. as Production Engineer, contributing to quality and productivity control. Doanh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the University of Technology, National University Vietnam.
