Mr. Greisch has held executive leadership positions across a broad range of healthcare companies and other industries. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a leading global provider of medical technologies for the healthcare industry, from 2010 until his retirement in 2018. Prior to Hill-Rom, Mr. Greisch was President, International Operations for Baxter International Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and held positions as Baxter’s Chief Financial Officer and President of its bioscience division. Mr. Greisch currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Viant Medical, a global design and manufacturing services provider for the medical device industry. Other directorships include Cerner Corporation, Carrier Corporation and Catalent Pharma Solutions. He is a senior advisor to TPG Capital and on the board of directors for Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Mr. Greisch received a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
