Maaike M Visser Taklo

Maaike M Visser Taklo has extensive work experience in engineering and research. Maaike M is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Sonitor since July 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP Engineering at Sonitor from May 2020 to November 2022. Before joining Sonitor, Maaike worked as the Quality Assurance Manager at Disruptive Technologies AS from October 2017 to May 2020. Maaike M also has a long tenure at SINTEF, where they served as the Research Manager/Chief Scientist from May 1998 to October 2017.

Maaike M Visser Taklo received their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1997. Maaike M then pursued their doctoral degree and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Oslo in 2002.
