Daniel MacHuca Reyes

Daniel Machuca Reyes has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Daniel holds the position of Head of Project Finance, Europe at Sonnedix since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Banco Santander for 15 years, with roles including Executive Director and Vice President. At Banco Santander, they specialized in energy and natural resources project financing, focusing on renewable energy, power generation, and regulated assets. Daniel has extensive experience in debt structuring and advisory, including private placement and hybrid structures. Prior to Banco Santander, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior for five years.

In 1996, they enrolled at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in the year 2000.

Daniel then continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from 2000 to 2002.
