Nuno Pires da Silva

Nuno Pires da Silva has extensive experience in industrial design, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Design at SONNEMAN® - A Way of Light since February 2018, where previous roles included Design Director and Senior Industrial Designer. Prior to this, Nuno held positions as an Industrial Designer at Todd Bracher Studio and PDT, an Astronics Company. Nuno also contributed as Head Of Design at Bybeau and worked as an Industrial and Environmental Designer for Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Industrial Designer at Uppartner and Lead Designer at Monobloco. Nuno's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Lisbon and further studies in Drawing for Product Design at Pratt Institute, as well as bachelor's degrees from Politecnico di Milano and Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
