Maximilian Haensel

Maximilian Haensel has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Maximilian began their career at SolarWorld in 2009, where they held roles such as Head of Production and Corporate Business Development. In 2011, they became the Head of Procurement at SolarWorld, a position they held until 2017. In 2018, they joined sonnen GmbH as the Vice President of Procurement Accounts, and later became the Vice President of Procurement. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at sonnen GmbH.

Maximilian Haensel began their education at Stiftung Louisenlund from 1998 to 2001, where they completed their A-levels in Mathematics and Physics. Maximilian then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2002 to 2008. In addition, they also pursued a Master's degree in the same field at ETH Zürich from 2005 to 2007. Later on, Maximilian attended ETH Zürich again to obtain a Master of Science - MS degree, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown.
