George McAllan

George McAllan, MBA, is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the restaurant and franchise industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Quality Restaurant Group, McAllan oversees operations for a franchisee of multiple global brands, managing 330 restaurants with annual sales of $350 million. Prior to this role, McAllan held the same title at Southeast Enterprise Holdings, LLC, where leadership facilitated the growth of a Dunkin' franchise from 47 to 70 stores. With a significant tenure at Dunkin' Brands, McAllan served in various capacities, including Vice President of International Operations, where leadership encompassed a multinational team and oversight of 3,900 restaurants.
