Dave Chorney

Dave Chorney has extensive work experience in various industries. Dave started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and later became a Recruiter. Dave also held the position of Curriculum Developer/Instructor, where they developed training materials for the United States Army Recruiting Command.

After leaving the military, Dave worked as an Operations Manager for Clearcall Solutions/Security Alarm Now, where they led a team and managed various departments. Dave then joined Sono Bello as a Physician Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and recruiting physicians. Dave also worked closely with leadership to determine hiring needs and implemented cost-effective recruitment strategies.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of financial management and compliance with state and federal laws.

Dave Chorney has a Bachelor's Degree in B.S. Business Administration/Marketing from Columbia Southern University. Dave also has an Associate's Degree in AAS Associate of Applied Science in Business from the same university. Additionally, they attended Pierce College and studied General Studies. Dave has obtained several certifications, including Faculty and Staff Course Certification from Certified United States Army Instructor in November 2008, PADI SCUBA Certification (OWSI-89084) in July 2000, Nuclear Emergency Training Operations in April 1996, and HAZMAT in January 1996.
