Jose A. Martinez Luque

Jose A. Martinez Luque is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Sono Motors GmbH, specializing in the mechanical design and engineering of MPPT modules since April 2021. Previously, Jose served as a Project Lead and Mechanical Engineer at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe GmbH from August 2016 to December 2020, focusing on on-board chargers for both PHEV and EV applications, as well as battery systems for leading automobile manufacturers like BMW and Daimler. Experience at IDNEO included developing E-Call modules and telematic units for Renault and Nissan, while earlier roles at Sony involved product design for home management interfaces and quality assurance for the BRAVIA series of smart TVs. Jose holds a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from Elisava School of Design and Engineering and has completed two postgraduate programs at La Salle BCN related to domotics and communications applied to energy management.
