Blythe J. McGarvie, 65, Taught accounting at Harvard Business School in the full-time MBA program 2012-14. She continues to write for the NACD online journal and host webinars on corporate governance topics. She Board member since 2014. She isthe Chair of the Financial Policy committee and a member of the Audit, and Employee and Public Responsibility committees.
