Prior to this role, Dale managed the assembly of rebuilt can manufacturing machinery as the Manager of Assembly at Somec Corp from May 1995 to April 2002. Dale also held the position of Plant Superintendent for the third shift at U.S. Can Corp from August 1990 to April 1995, where responsibility included overseeing day-to-day operations of the plant.
