Karen Sangha-Dhillon

Karen Sangha-Dhillon, CHRP, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently employed at Amcor Rigid Packaging Canada, Inc. since November 2016, where responsibilities include providing direction and counsel to the local management team in all HR-related matters. Additionally, since July 2005, Karen has served as the Human Resources & Health and Safety Manager for the Blow Molding Division at Sonoco Plastics, focusing on the implementation of HR initiatives and daily support for management and employees. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist, handling various HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and recruitment. Karen earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College (2006-2009) and also holds a degree in Business Administration from the same institution, alongside studies at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
