Roger Bloemen

Roger Bloemen has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Division Vice President Operations & Supply Chain for Tubes and Cores EMEA at Sonoco since September 2012. Previous roles include Director Global Supply Chain in the Industrial Division and Europe Supply Chain & Operations Director, where Roger focused on developing and executing global strategies, improving productivity, and enhancing operational management across numerous production sites. At Solutia, Roger held the position of Vice President Global Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed corporate supply chain management, restructuring for performance enhancement, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Additional leadership roles include Senior Vice President Supply Chain for Europe at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and General Manager Asia Pacific for Monsanto. Roger Bloemen holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a certification in Director Effectiveness.
