Christy Arend has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance. Starting as an Accounting Clerk for a hotel management company, Christy has progressed through various roles including Accountant II at Lok Group of Companies, District Accountant, and Accounting Supervisor at CRPUSD before becoming the Director of External Payroll & Finance at Sonoma County Office of Education. Arend's expertise includes managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting deadlines. Christy holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Sonoma State University.
