Herman G. Hernandez

Herman G. Hernandez is currently a Board Member at Sonoma County Office of Education. Prior to this, they were a Public Affairs Representative at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from June 2018 to September 2019, and before that, they were the Youth Connections - Program Manager at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County from January 2015 to November 2017.

Hernandez has always been passionate about giving back to their community. This led him to their work with out-of-school youth, 16 – 24 year olds, as a Program Manager at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County. In this role, they managed and led a High School Diploma program for these students, helping them in 3 areas: high school diploma, workforce development, and college and career mentoring. Hernandez was also responsible for fundraising, implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating annual events, working with local high schools, making presentations, and disciplining students.

Hernandez's dedication to their community extends beyond their professional life. Herman is also a Board Member at Sonoma County Office of Education where they work to improve the lives of students in Sonoma County.

Herman G. Hernandez has a Bachelors in International Business from San Diego State University and an A.A. in Business Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College.
