Joanna Paun

Joanna Paun currently serves as the Foster & Homeless Youth Education Services Coordinator at the Sonoma County Office of Education, focusing on removing barriers to educational access for foster and unhoused students while providing support to LEA Liaisons and CSWs. Additionally, Joanna works as an Adjunct Faculty member at Sonoma State University, instructing graduate students in crisis and consultation. Previous roles include Student Support Counselor at Marin Academy, Dean of Counseling at St. Vincent de Paul High School, and School Counselor at Kenilworth Junior High School. Joanna brings extensive experience in educational support, college counseling, and crisis management, coupled with a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
