Erin Whittle

Erin Whittle is a seasoned philanthropy professional with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and management. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager for Foundations at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since January 2021, Erin previously held multiple roles at The Nature Conservancy from December 2008 to December 2020, including Senior Associate Director of Philanthropy for various programs focusing on Canada, the Caribbean, and Georgia. Erin demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with major donors and corporate partners, significantly increasing fundraising results. Earlier experience includes marketing and project management at Infinite Furniture Solutions, as well as operations management at Cingular Wireless. Erin earned a BA in Anthropology and Spanish from Vanderbilt University in 2003.
