Melina Hammar

Melina Hammar is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in land stewardship and conservation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sonoma Land Trust since October 2019, Melina previously worked as a Stewardship Technician at Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District from October 2016 to October 2019, and as a Project Manager at California Land Stewardship Institute from December 2015 to October 2016. Early career roles include an Environmental Education Intern at Sonoma County Water Agency and various positions as a Teaching Assistant and Field Assistant at Sonoma State University, along with internship roles at Sonoma Land Trust. Melina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Planning with a minor in Biology from Sonoma State University and earned an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College.
