Natasha Bacci

Natasha Bacci is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in major gift management and donor relations. Currently serving as Senior Major Gifts Manager at Sonoma Land Trust since June 2021, Natasha oversees major donor relationships, board fundraising, corporate partnerships, and event strategy. Prior experience includes roles at The Trust for Public Land, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating national board meetings and managing philanthropy operations in California. Additional roles at Eli Home Products and The Eli Home further developed Natasha's skills in e-commerce, grant writing, donor outreach, and development strategy. Natasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Chapman University and is a graduate of Sonoma Academy.
