Engineering and Maintenance

The Engineering and Maintenance team at Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) is responsible for designing, developing, and ensuring the safe operation of the rail systems and infrastructure. The team also conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of the rail vehicles to ensure optimal performance and passenger safety.
