Mark Hermann, CCP, possesses extensive experience in compensation management, having held various positions in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Compensation Manager and previously as Compensation Analyst Sr at Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona since January 2015, Mark administers compensation programs aligned with organizational goals. Prior roles include Compensation Consultant at Arizona State University, where responsibilities included establishing competitive salaries for over 8,000 staff, and at Banner Health, providing compensation consultation for a ten-hospital system. Mark also managed corporate-wide compensation practices at Sun Health and directed the compensation and HRIS functions at Rural/Metro Corporation, where initial roles encompassed analytical and human resources responsibilities. Mark holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Biology from New Mexico State University.
