Jillian Black

Jillian Black is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Senior Campaign Manager for Global CRM at Sonos, Inc. since September 2021, Jillian has previously held various roles at Best Buy Canada, including CRM & Email Marketing Manager, where expertise in campaign management was further developed. Prior positions include Project Manager at Blue Artists, LLC and CRM & Email Marketing Specialist at Bootlegger. Early career experience includes key roles at SEPHORA, Peters Excavating, and Wynyard School of Dance. Jillian holds an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Saskatchewan.
