Britta Rendlen

Deputy Head Sustainability

Britta Rendlen, MBA, CIIA, currently serves as the Deputy Head of Sustainability at Sonova Group, where responsibilities include managing strategic projects related to sustainability operations, governance, and legal compliance. In addition, Britta is a First Movers Fellow at The Aspen Institute, and will hold the position of Sustainability Committee Chair at the European Hearing Instrument Manufacturers Association from April 2024 to May 2025. Previous roles include developing sustainable business programs for the United Nations and serving as a Sustainability Consultant for multiple organizations, notably as the Chief Impact Investing Officer at Peace Parks Foundation. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at WWF Switzerland, Swiss Re, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, as well as early career positions in communications and consulting. Britta holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago.
