David Orr

David Orr has extensive experience in retail operations and demand management, currently serving as Global Retail Operations Senior Director at Sonova Group since January 2019. Previously held positions at Sonova Group include Global Retail Operations Director and Retail Operations Senior Manager. Before that, David worked at MSD as Demand Management Design Lead, where responsibilities included a large-scale project for redesigning the end-to-end supply chain global operating model. Other notable roles include Head of Global Retail S&OP and Senior Retail S&OP Manager at SWAROVSKI, as well as Demand Planning Systems & Process Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, which involved SAP APO DP development and implementation. David began a career in demand planning at Fossil and holds a BSE in Business and Management from Lancaster University.
