Katie Shiffer

Katie Shiffer is a seasoned talent acquisition and recruitment professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Delivery for the Sonova Group since October 2018. In this role, Katie leads a team across the US and Canada, focusing on the implementation of recruitment processes, coaching, and enhancing candidate experiences.
