Laura McLaren is a seasoned professional with a robust background in talent attraction and employer branding. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding at Sonova Group since December 2023, Laura previously excelled as an Account Director at Ph.Creative, where strategic leadership for high-profile international clients was a key focus. Prior roles include Employer Brand Manager at KPMG UK, where Laura enhanced talent attraction strategies for experienced professionals, and Group Employer Brand & Attraction Manager at Sainsbury's, overseeing recruitment advertising across multiple brands. Earlier experiences include roles in recruitment consultancy and HR administration, along with a foundation in public relations. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism and Broadcasting from The University of Salford.
