Marija Matoszko has a diverse work experience spanning various companies.

Marija started their career in 2013 as an Executive Assistant at De Galluchat.

In 2014, they joined RTB House, where they worked as a Junior Account Manager and later as an Account Manager.

In the same year, they also worked at McKinsey & Company as a Professional Development & Learning Administrator.

In 2016, they joined CEVA Logistics as an HR Shared Services Administrator and later became an Interim HR Shared Service Coordinator.

Since 2019, Marija has been working at Sonova Group, initially as an HR Processes & Systems Specialist, then as an HR Processes & Systems Senior Specialist. Later, they took on the role of a Business Application Manager & Integration Lead, and currently holds the position of Senior Application Solution Architect & Integration Lead.

Marija Matoszko has a strong academic background in international business and management. From 2006 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and Governmental Economic Policy from Belarusian State University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business and Management from both the University of Bradford (2011-2013) and Kozminski University (2011-2014). Additionally, they participated in exchange programs at Hong Kong Baptist University, where they focused on Human Resource Management (2012-2013), and at the University of Deusto for an Erasmus Exchange in International Business Law (2010-2011).
