Yvonne Gaissmaier

Yvonne Gaissmaier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Yvonne is currently the VP Global Growth Initiatives at Sonova Group, where they are responsible for designing and implementing the Sonova Excellence Program. Prior to this, they served as the Chairwoman of the Advisory Board at AEB. Yvonne also worked at Amcor, where they held multiple positions, including Global Director Commercial Excellence and Director Business Development Flexibles EMEA. Yvonne served on the Board of Directors for Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH and Amcor Flexibles Kreuzlingen AG. Yvonne has also worked at Novelis as a Procurement Excellence Manager and at LSG Sky Chefs as the Vice President of Procurement Excellence and Director of Corporate Procurement. Yvonne began their career as a PhD Researcher at Victoria University of Wellington and later worked as a Manager at A.T. Kearney GmbH.

Yvonne Gaissmaier obtained their B.A. (hons) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University from 1994 to 1996. Yvonne then pursued a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in European Business Administration at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 1996 to 1998. Later, they completed their Ph.D. in Management at Victoria University of Wellington, from 2004 to 2007.
