Amir Alavi

Amir Alavi has a strong background in software development and engineering. Amir is currently working as a Cloud Software Developer at Sonrai Security since 2021. Prior to this, Amir worked at IBM for several years. Their roles at IBM included DevOps Engineer for QRadar on Cloud, where they were responsible for deploying the SaaS offering at scale and implementing a CI/CD pipeline using technologies like Python, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Helm. Amir also developed monitoring tools for the Ops engineers. Additionally, Amir served as a Senior Level 2 QRadar Support Engineer, handling customer escalations, diagnosing software bugs and configuration issues, and providing training to new hires globally.
