Vince Galgano

Vince Galgano is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Sonsray Machinery, LLC since February 2023, Vince previously held the position of Regional General Manager at Rooter Ranger Plumbing, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-site daily operations and P&L management across California and Arizona. Prior roles include Field Service Manager at CSC ServiceWorks, General Manager at Durham School Services, and Store Manager at In-N-Out Burger, where Vince developed extensive skills in team building, training, customer service, and performance management.
