Aishwarya Bhanot

Aishwarya Bhanot has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. Aishwarya started their career at Patni Computer Services in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2005. Aishwarya then joined Sony Connect Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Sony Media Software and Services as a Senior Software Engineer. Aishwarya then moved to Sony Network Entertainment Inc. where they worked as a Manager, Software Engineering from 2011 to 2014, and later as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Sony Interactive Entertainment, initially serving as a Director, Software Engineering from 2017 to 2022, and presently holding the role of Senior Director, Software Engineering since July 2022. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in software engineering and has held various leadership positions.

Aishwarya Bhanot has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. Aishwarya pursued this degree from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration, from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Aishwarya completed their Masters program from 2009 to 2012.
