Avril Su

Avril Su has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Avril started their career as an Internship Engineer at Lenovo in 1998. Avril then worked for Acxiom as a Product Manager from 2003 to 2007, where they were responsible for product development, implementation, and creating product roadmaps. Avril then joined Best Buy as a Technical Product Manager from 2008 to 2013, where they focused on evolving the digital loyalty experience and improving account management.

Since 2013, Avril has been working at Sony Interactive Entertainment. Avril started as a Cloud Engineering Senior Manager and was responsible for leading and managing teams related to cloud engineering and Operations. Avril also worked on creating a positive work environment and developing workflow pipelines to automate tasks. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Cloud Engineering and Operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment. In this role, they lead teams responsible for delivering scalable and robust infrastructure for PlayStation's cloud services and supporting millions of users.

Avril Su holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Avril completed their studies at the university from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
