C-F Martensson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Carl-Fredrik (C-F) started their career in 2005 as a Controller at Obigo AB. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Teleca AB in the role of Strategy & Business Development. In 2008, they joined Sony Mobile Communications (USA), Inc as a Business Manager and later transitioned to the role of Business Development from 2011 to 2016. Moving forward, Martensson worked at InMobi as the Sr Director of Global Alliances from 2016 to 2018. Carl-Fredrik (C-F) then joined Facebook and worked in Strategic Alliances from 2018 to 2020. Martensson's most recent work experience is at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where they held the role of PlayStation Services Business Development from August 2020 to April 2023. Currently, Martensson is working in Platform Strategy at Sony Interactive Entertainment. In 2020, they also took on the responsibility of being a pandemic home schooling teacher for their kids.

Carl-Fredrik (C-F) Martensson has pursued education in various prestigious institutions. Carl-Fredrik (C-F) attended Stanford University, where they focused on building and scaling subscription businesses. At Lund University, C-F completed a Master of Science degree in Business & Economics, specializing in technology management. Carl-Fredrik (C-F) also pursued additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where their coursework revolved around negotiation and influence, as well as product management.
