Christopher Koch

Christopher Koch serves as the Global Head of Talent Enablement & Development at PlayStation since May 2022. Previously, Koch held the position of Global Head of Talent at Bloomberg Media, where initiatives were developed to enhance employee engagement and growth. Koch's tenure at NBCUniversal Media, LLC saw a progression from Talent Development Specialist to Director of Talent Development, focusing on innovative learning experiences and talent management. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Consultant at the United Nations World Food Programme and a Learning and Development Specialist at Google. Christopher Koch holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Saint Peter's University and a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Kansai Gaidai University.
