Javan Bernstein

Javan Bernstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently, Javan serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC and as Corporate Counsel for Sony Computer Entertainment America, positions held since April 2007. Prior to this, Javan worked as Contract and Business Affairs Manager at Sony Electronics from 2004 to 2007, specializing in agreements across various business functions including marketing and consumer sales. Javan's career also includes a role as Partner Manager at Gateway from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Human Resources agreements. Javan holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of San Diego and a Doctor of Law degree from Gonzaga University, complemented by an undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley.
