Kevin Keeker is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive expertise in the gaming industry, currently serving as Principal User Experience Researcher at Sony Interactive Entertainment since March 2014, focusing on improving user experience for 1st Party PS5 and North American PS4 games. Previous roles include Independent Consultant for the Kurbo mobile health app and Senior User Researcher at Zynga, where Kevin worked on notable titles like FarmVille and Café World. Kevin's career began at Microsoft Game Studios, where positions ranged from User Research Lead to Game Designer, contributing to acclaimed titles such as Mass Effect and Gears of War. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed coursework towards a Social & Personality Psychology degree at the University of Washington.
