Michael McCoy

Michael McCoy is a seasoned professional in payment operations and systems optimization with extensive experience across several prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Payment Operations Analyst at PlayStation since June 2022, McCoy manages vendor partnerships and oversees production release testing of checkout processes while facilitating communication with engineering teams to resolve identified issues.
