Michelle Butler has a diverse work experience, primarily in contract administration and legal support roles. Michelle started their career at Menlo Worldwide in 1995 as a Customer Service Call Center Operator, where they handled daily shipping requests and collaborated with suppliers to ensure quality service. In 1997, they became a Department Rate Analyst, responsible for interpreting rate structures and implementing pricing models. Michelle successfully developed strong communication channels between departments, reducing pricing errors and maximizing efficiency. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Contract and Rate Administrator, streamlining the contract process and achieving success in finalizing over 950 agreements. Michelle also ensured compliance with contract requirements and reduced company exposure to potential litigation. Michelle joined Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2012 as a Senior Records Specialist in the Legal Department, where they are currently employed.
