Nick Gratton

Nick Gratton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations, incident management, and systems administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Network Operations Center at Sony Interactive Entertainment, Nick leads a team of 17 in managing critical operational activities for 130 million users on the PlayStation network. Previous roles include Business Technology Operations Manager at PNC, where oversight of a team of 20 optimized operation environments, and Senior Incident Manager positions at both PNC and Intuit, focusing on service restoration and process improvement. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, complemented by a certificate in MCSE.
