Nick Read

Nick Read is an experienced professional in data science and business analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Sciences at PlayStation since February 2013. In this role, Nick leads a Data Science team supporting the Sony PlayStation business globally, managing members across the UK and US from a base in London. Prior to PlayStation, Nick held various positions at IBM Global Business Services, including Head of Data Science and Lead Data Scientist, focusing on business analytics strategies. Nick's career also includes consultancy roles at PwC and British Rail, with a foundational academic background in Mathematics (BSc) from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University.
