Stephen Turvey

Stephen Turvey has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Stephen currently serves as the SVP Global Channel Sales at Sony Interactive Entertainment since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP and Head of North American Business Operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment from April 2018 to July 2021.

Stephen has also worked at Sony Computer Entertainment America from April 2015 to July 2021, serving as the Sr. Vice President of Sales, Operations & FPA. Moreover, they have a long tenure at Sony Computer Entertainment Canada, where they held multiple roles such as Vice President and General Manager, General Manager, Director of Business Management, Director of Sales & Merchandising, and Sales Manager from 2002 to 2012.

Before working at Sony, Stephen Turvey gained experience at L. Turvey Agencies as a Salesperson from 1999 to 2002. Stephen began their career in the gaming industry as a National Account Manager at Nintendo of Canada from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at Sega of Canada from 1993 to 1996.

Stephen Turvey attended Royal St. George's College from 1983 to 1989. Stephen then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies at Bishop's University from 1989 to 1992.
