Yuto Fukushima has extensive work experience in marketing and CRM roles. Yuto started their career at Sony Marketing (Japan) in 2008 as a Sales Staff, where they introduced Sony products to mass retailers and managed revenue. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Planner - Online Ads, transforming the management style of advertisements to a data-driven approach and implementing various marketing technologies.
In 2015, Yuto joined Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Marketing Manager - Web. Yuto led a project to integrate the Japan Asia official website, which involved breaking down organizational silos. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Marketing Manager - CRM, optimizing CRM activities and operations across Asia by analyzing the current situation and identifying issues.
Yuto then took on the role of Director (JP), Eastern CRM at Sony Interactive Entertainment from December 2021 to March 2022. Yuto managed a team that carried out CRM and customer engagement activities in the APAC region, focusing on e-mail delivery, global CRM platform integration, development of new CRM channels, and e-mail content management.
Since April 2022, Yuto has taken on the position of Senior Manager, Eastern CRM&Web at Sony Interactive Entertainment. In this global role, they oversee the online marketing team, which utilizes Asian gaming culture to carry out CRM activities and website operations. Yuto focuses on the PDCA cycle and quantitative indicators to generate Asian value contributing to PlayStation's global business.
From 2004 to 2008, Yuto Fukushima attended Keio University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Product Design.
