Jon McClanahan

Jon McClanahan is an experienced professional in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as Associate Director at Sony Music Entertainment since September 2021, focusing on M&A, artist, and catalogue deals. Prior to this role, McClanahan held multiple positions at UBS, including Manager and Senior Analyst, with responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions, as well as serving as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in sectors such as natural resources and tech/media middle-market M&A. Earlier experiences include a financial analyst internship at CrowdOut Capital. McClanahan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and pursued significant coursework in vocal performance at The University of Texas at Austin.
