Michael Catandella

Michael Catandella serves as Vice President of Global Media Production Operations at Sony Music Entertainment, a role initiated in July 2015 that involves leading the Global Media Production team across multiple international locations. Michael plays a critical role in overseeing the management, storage, and delivery of Sony Music’s media assets. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director and Director of Media Production Operations at Sony DADC from January 2011 to July 2015, and various leadership roles at Sony Music Entertainment from 2002 to 2011, where responsibilities included supervising all Recording and Mix Rooms at Sony Music Studios. Michael holds a B.S. in Communications, Television and Radio, with a concentration in Audio Production from Ithaca College, and attended The Stony Brook School, specializing in Communications and Media.
