Shelby Pickering

Shelby Pickering is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as an A&R Coordinator at Universal Music Group Nashville since June 2021, with prior roles including Marketing & Artist Development Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as a Street Team member at Jonas Group Entertainment and being part of the marketing team at The Bluebird. Shelby has also interned at Big Machine Label Group and Universal Music Group Nashville, focusing on marketing initiatives and artist relations. As a director of communications for the Music Industry Networking Club at Indiana University Bloomington, Shelby coordinated networking opportunities and events in Nashville. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
