Aloka Sands has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development within the entertainment industry. Roles include Vice President of Talent Management at Sony Pictures Entertainment from February 2014 to June 2018 and Director of Organization Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment from August 2013 to January 2014. Prior positions include Executive Director for Leadership and Organization Development at Sony Pictures and Manager of Employee and Organization Development at The Walt Disney Studios. Aloka Sands began a career in consulting at Plus Delta Consulting and held an associate role at Health Net. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and Development from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
